Frame Hotel - SoCo

I had such a wonderful stay at The Frame SoCo! The space was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly relaxing. The perfect spot to unwind. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from South Congress with all the shops, restaurants, and coffee spots right at your doorstep. It has a great vibe that feels both stylish and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stay that balances comfort and convenience in Austin!

First and foremost, Frame Hotel SoCo will be going forward the spot where I’ll stay when I visit Austin. There is absolutely no need to stay in a Marriott or Hilton hotel if there is availability here. Not only was the environment of the hotel just *chefs kiss* the individual “pods” make this such a personal experience. It’s so easy to book, get a code, get your assigned parking, and just walk into the facility to your pod/room. Each room has a modern, luxurious feel that I literally spent 30 minutes after arrival just enjoying what it had to offer. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were nice. They provide so many charging stations per room. It’s well lit. The AC system is quiet yet made the space comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate. They provide you with all organic products. The staff are VERY responsive via text. One of the best features is that it’s squarely in South Congress in a great spot for food and shopping with the Lady Bird Lake trails only a 10 min walk if that. I can go on about it, but it’s 10/10 experience.

The Frame Hotel SoCo is the most thoughtfully designed property with everything you could need seamlessly woven into the experience. Forget the dreaded check-in line at the front desk, losing your room keys, and labyrinths of hallways - this experience is completely opposite in all the right ways. From keyless digital entry and a simple, user-friendly guest portal, checking in and out is a breeze. With a beautiful garden in the center of the property and the lush landscaping, it’s easy to forget that you’re in the heart of Austin, though the location could not be more perfect. Each guest room is accompanied by a personal lanai, which adds to the feel of exclusivity and privacy - a home away from home. The interior of the room speaks to comfort, luxury, and beauty. The cozy bed underneath gorgeous artwork allows for the most restful sleep where all stress melts away.

The Frame is a beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel that offered a blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. It was walking distance to wonderful restaurants and great coffee shops. From the stylish decor to the serene atmosphere, every detail appears to have been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing experience. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully furnished. Unwinding on their beautifully landscaped courtyard was my favorite part of the stay. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be making the Frame Hotel the only place I stay at when I’m in town.

We absolutely loved our stay here during our trip. The location was unbeatable — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room itself was gorgeous: clean, modern, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base. This was a very special stay. We loved the consistent, purposeful text communication before, during, and after our stay. Check-in was seamless, and we were stunned by how thoughtfully our suite was both designed and decorated. The lanai offers a feeling of intimacy even with our shade open. No expense has been spared, but there is never once a feeling of being out-of-place. We appreciated having high quality dishware, utensils, and their amber glass mugs are just lovely. It seems they’ve partnered with a local food supplier for their sundries store, as I noted their mints are from a local brand, but it could be a mix. Either way, it’s a solid, unique collection of snacks, and even includes first aid and sewing kits. The en suite amenities included bamboo toothbrushes, toothpaste tablets, and a super-smooth instant coffee that you would swear had been brewed in a coffee house. Their Helix mattress was so comfortable that my spouse and I have decided when we’re ready to upgrade, that’s the mattress we’re buying! What’s even better is that I was able to find the mattress information just by scrolling my guest portal, as they have several of their notable features available for purchase. The staff were accommodating for a late checkout when we needed a slow morning, and even assisted in extending our parking validation by a couple of hours after checkout. We cannot wait to stay with Frame again, and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Big thanks again to the whole team!

This location is truly unreal!! You are steps away from all the action of South Congress, yet you have our own oasis that is private and quiet. I loved the sustainable touches of the room, as well as thoughtful amenities like bedside chocolates, sparkling water, and sustainable toiletries. This was one of the best hotel beds I ever slept in, plus the sound machine was a nice touch. I will definitely be back and recommend this spot to friends and family!

A beautiful and tranquil hotel. Very private rooms, with specialty amenities, luxurious bedding and great artwork. The garden was a wonderful surprise with comfy couches. I sat there listening to the grasses moving in the breeze, very relaxing. Very close to all the action on South Congress yet private enough to feel separated. Definitely staying there next trip.
